Simply restart TF2, and you should make it in.
I've only experienced it once... but a friend i invited had the same issue.

So, if you try to invite friends... and they have trouble getting in...

Shows 32 players on the scoreboard instead of 16.

you need to create the ui folder and then put that file in there.

I don't play wolf anymore. On my pc, rtcw has been uninstalled for quite awhile now. Fitting since I never really caught onto any other games before wolf, hopefully they'll release a new version and we'll all hang out again.

I tried a few programs on the rtcwconsole.log that KW sent me but none of them knew how to produce any stats. I can produce stats from my own client version of the console log but not directly from the server.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
